This Waste Plastic Pp Pe Hdpe Bottle Chips Recycling Machine Line is used to recycling the waste HDPE PE Bottles and buckets, PP hollow container, ABS rigid plastic and so on.The whole recycling line including the conveyor belt, metal detector, plastic wet
crusher, cold water washing tank, high speed friction washer, centrifugal dryer machine, hot air drying system and label separator
machine, material collecting packing system.

The Hdpe Bottle Recycling Pp Pe Bottle Barrel Crushing Washing Machine we made with capacity from 300kg/h to 3000 kg/h.
We can design the machine layout into "L" or "U" shape according to buyer's requirements.

Plastic Crusher Machine

Function: crushing the material into flakes

>With water inlet can do wet crushing

>Bearing house is installed outside of the chamber so no dirty goes inside which prolong the lifespan

Friction Washing Loader

Function: Friction washing the material and loading up it

>With water injection system into the rotor for better washing and also clean the screen mesh
>The screen is with fast clip to tight and loose for easy maintenance
>Up and down both mounted with bearing design ensure low maintenance and long use life

>Material contact with water are made of SUS304

 

Floating Washing Tank

Function: Floating washing separate the sand, soil and other dirties

>The roller is specially made can have more washing for flakes but less water take out
>Bottom with positive and negative screw to pushing the dirty which is easy for the side screw loader to loading out

>The washing tank can be made with cover and double layer temperature protection for hot water washing

 

Horizontal Dewatering Machine

Function: take out dirty and remover water from the bottle flakes

>With high rotary speed 1500rpm

>Roller bearing is fixed outside of the rotor for durable use
>Inside with mesh layer, mesh diameter size: 3mm
>With water spray system to clean the mesh
>Outside cover drum is made by stainless steel with 3mm thickness

 

“Zig-zag” Label Separator

 

Function: The fine dust separator machine will remove the final labels from the flakes to reduce the PVC content.

>Blower with air valve to control the air flux of blower.
>Bottom with air blower and pipe for collecting the pet flakes
